    How the minutes are calculated as usage?

    The number of minutes used will be equal to the input video length. For example, if you load a 10-minute video, your usage time will be deducted by 10 minutes.

    What is the Rewrite with AI feature?

    When translating text from one language to another, you may notice an increase in word count. This can lead to the voiceover playing at a faster speed to fit the duration, which may compromise audio quality.

    Our Rewrite with AI feature addresses this by condensing the text while preserving its original meaning, ensuring a more natural voiceover experience.

    What payment methods you accept?

    You can pay online via stripe payment gateway (Visa, MasterCard cards ...).

    Can I cancel the subscription anytime?

    Of course, you can always cancel your subscription. To do that, go to the Billing page and click Cancel button.

    What happens to my unused minutes at the end of the month?

    Unused minutes do not roll over into the next month. Your subscription will automatically renew with each billing cycle and your minutes will reset. However, if you upgrade to a higher plan, any unused minutes from your previous plan will roll over into the next billing cycle.

    Can I still use my remaining minutes if I cancel my subscription?

    Yes, after cancelling, you can still use your remaining minutes until the subscription ends.

    Can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

    You can upgrade/downgrade the subscription by choosing the plan according to your needs, the system will automatically cancel the old plan and subscribe to the new one.

    If you upgrade to a higher plan, any unused minutes from your previous plan will roll over into the next billing cycle. But if you downgrade to a lower plan, any unused minutes from your previous plan will be reset into the next billing cycle.

    How do I upgrade my subscription?
